Monday Night RAW preview

Monday Night RAW rolls into Pennslyvania tonight as we deal with the fallout from last night’s PPV Extreme Rules. There are many questions that the WWE Universe has on it’s mind as well as looking at the key points from last night.

Here are the burning the questions and key points from last night as we look ahead to Monday Night Raw.

Samoa Joe vs Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar will be an interested party tonight on RAW

Last night at Extreme Rules Samoa Joe won the fatal 5 way match to set up a dream match against the Beast Incarnate and current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. The Samoan Submission Machine outlasted Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor to become the number one contender to Brock’s title. For me, I am very excited to see two absolute beasts tear each other part.

Samoa Joe showed that he wasn’t afraid of Brock on RAW Talk following Extreme Rules issuing a threat towards the beast.

“You start your training camp up right now,” Joe said. “You climb those mountains, you carry those logs, you throw people around, you beat up every sparring partner that you can bring into your camp, and I can guarantee that you still won’t be prepared for what I do to you.”

Will either Brock or Paul Heyman respond to Samoa Joe’s threats on RAW tonight?

The match between the two is set to take place at the ever so greatly named PPV “Great Balls of Fire”. Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn are laughing as we speak.

Life is Bliss

Alexa Bliss walks out of Baltimore with the Raw Women's Championship still intact.

Alexa Bliss retained her RAW Women’s Championship against Bayley in a “Kendo stick on a pole match”. Vince Russo had tears of joy whilst watching this match. The company are clearly high on Bliss, making her the first woman since the brand split to hold both brands respective women’s titles. For Bayley however, one would assume that she is at the back of the line for a title since she has lost her rematch and in all honesty I think the presence of Bayley is starting to irritate some of the fans. Last night she was booed and she has been getting some negative reactions for the past few weeks. The problem is, the whole “She is a fan” gimmick is starting to wear off and the crowd are turning.

As for Alexa, she could be receiving new challenges from the likes of Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, Mickie James or Emma tonight on RAW.

The Miz Intercontinental Championship Comeback tour

Taking advantage of the distracted champion, The Awesome One collects his seventh Intercontinental Championship.

The Miz won the Intercontinental title, ensuring he became a 7 time Champion and one would think he may break Chris Jericho’s record of 9 wins overall. The Miz is set to host the comeback tour of his reign tonight and for some reason I don’t think Dean Ambrose will be invited.

Ambrose is sure to be extremely angry under the circumstances in the way The “A” Lister won the title, so expect the Lunatic Fringe to show up tonight to spoil Miz’s party.
