Chelsea have the opportunity tonight to seal the Premier League title tonight as they travel to The Hawthorns to face West Bromwich Albion.
Antonio Conte’s men are a victory away from winning the league and will look to wrap it up at the earliest opportunity. If they win tonight, it will mark the second title in three seasons for the Blues.
Conte will look to join the likes of Jose Mourinho and Manuel Pellegrini in the list of managers who have won the Premier League in their first season in charge.
Conte is also looking for his fourth consecutive domestic title having previously won three successive Serie A championships and will now be looking to add his first English title to his collection.

The league leaders come into this game having won five of their last six games in all competitions.
As for West Brom, they are in poor form as of late with their last victory coming against Arsenal when they beat them 3-1 back in March. West Brom will be looking to spoil Chelsea’s party as Tottenham wait in the wings.

West Brom defender Johnny Evans is fit to face Chelsea. The Northern Ireland international was substituted off in the draw at Burnley with an ankle injury. Matt Phillips is out with a hamstring injury and Hal Robson-Kanu is expected to be in the squad.
No injury news for Chelsea as Conte has a fully fit squad available to him.
West Brom have won three of their last five Premier League games against Chelsea at the Hawthorns – drawing one and losing one in those other two games.
None of the games that these two teams have played in the Premier League have finished goalless.
Diego Costa has scored three goals in his five appearances against West Brom
I think Chelsea will wrap up the league title tonight. Ever since the 3-0 defeat to Arsenal earlier on in the season, they have looked an entirely different outfit. Conte has seemed to install that winning mentality in that team full of established winners already.
It won’t be easy for Chelsea though. West Brom on their day can cause an upset to any team and you know that a Tony Pulis side will make life tough for Chelsea.
I still think Chelsea will see it out though and I am going for a 2-0 win for the Blues
